1. What is Justransact.com's Return policy?

  • Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, for any unforeseen reason such as Breakage/Physical damage during transit, Manufacturing defects or Extensive delay in delivery than the period committed to you, you can return your Order to us for refund.
  • However, the RETURN policy is NOT applicable for CONSUMABLE supplies.
  • For other products, all you need to do is drop an email at care@justransact.com within a period of 21 days from the date of order by validating the appropriate reason as per above paragraph for refund. However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned with tags intact and in original packing.
  • Please note that "Justransact.com's 21 Days Returns Policy" does not apply to physical damage to main product after receipt from courier & also not applicable to accessories such as power cables/communication cables / power adapter etc.
  • Refund / replacement for goods/ merchandise will be made after an inspection and checking/testing by Justransact team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application are not covered under Return Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override Justransact.com's 21 Days Return Policy.
  • Please note that the Cash On Delivery (COD) convenience charge (If applicable) and shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • For all POS Consumables, JusTransasct is NOT extending the COD facility across the country and payment can be made ONLY through online mode.
  • MagicBox: Except on certain conditions such as manufacturing defects, customers can't opt for replacement of MagicBox device. To claim the replacement, customers should contact Justransact.com within 24 hours from the date of getting the delivery.
  • Under no circumstances, refund can be encouraged for MagicBox device. Customers can utilize the one year warranty period to contact the nearest service center for any technical assistance.

2. What are the products which are non-returnable?

Certain items such as all Consumable supplies like media (paper) rolls, ribbons and cartridges, Power cables, Communication Cables, Adapter, Printer heads are non-returnable.
Login and go to ‘My Orders’ and send your Return request by clicking the ‘Return’ button.
After submitting the request, it will take 48 working hours for us to raise a return request for you.

3. Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you can return a part of the order provided you have ordered multiple items. Products returned should be in original packing with all necessary accessories including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

4. How long will the return process take?

Once your return request is placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 working hours to have the product picked from your place and another 21 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Generally, the refund process is initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

5. How will I receive my refund?

If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-Banking, we can reverse credit to Credit Card account or Net-Banking account, we will issue the money via Bank Transfer.

6. How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund will depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Unfortunately, we can’t expedite the bank process. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks. Please check your bank account or credit card account.

7. How do I return a product?

Returning products is very easy! You can send your return request by clicking here. Post submission, it will take 48 working hours for us to raise a request for you.

9. I paid shipping charge for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund amount?

Shipping charges are not included in the refund value of your order as this is non-refundable.

10. If I return a product on my own, will I get back the shipping charges?

No, the shipping charges applied on purchase will not be returned even if you return the order on your own.

11. I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails at every step of the return process, so please check the last update from us in your email inbox.

If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary.
