Featuring a 6" wide print head with a 6.5" wide media path, the SATO M8460Se print engine takes advantage of using a wide web print format that enables printing of a typical 4" x 6" label in a 6" x 4" format, allowing for more labels per roll as well as drastically improving throughput by shortening the feed length to 4"Thanks to a new-generation RISC processor, The SATO M8460Se printer sets the bar for label throughput, consistently providing high performance label production even while printing directly from standard Windows applications. The SATO M8460Se printer comes standard with 18MB of on-board memory for storing fonts, graphics, and formats. SATO also offers the option for an additional 4MB of Flash memory or an additional 16MB of PCMCIA memory for even more storage. The SATO M8460Se printer also offers a choice of several standard interface connectivity options, including IEEE1284 Parallel, Serial, Twinax/Coax, Ethernet, and RS422/485.
